The tutoring contract states that the tuition payment is due at the time of each tutoring session. No refunds will be give if a session is missed as every effort is made to reschedule. A $10 fee will be applied to sessions that are canceled within 1 hour of the tutoring session. We do not offer discounts on pre-paid accounts, however if a family has more than 1 child attending tutoring sessions a 5% discount is applied.

No, we do not offer discounts on pre-paid tutoring session tuition. However, if a family has more than 1 child attending tutoring sessions, that family will receive a 5% discount on their tutoring tuition.

We work with children ages 5-10.

The number of tutoring sessions depends on the age and needs of the child. For example, I have one student who knows very little English and is in the beginning of Phonics, but we only do tutoring for 30-minutes twice a week. It really depends on their goals, their attention span, and what the parents want. I work with the parents to customize the best tutoring schedule for each child.
